Talk to Liver on Liver Enzymes High

From last Saturday we were having food from outside on Tuesday i started to feel food aversion n on Wednesday night got fever with chills n cough too because i drank lemonade.. i started to take cosome n panadol but no effect then i took online consultation and dr prescribed Azomax cosome gaviscon risek sachet myteka .. i had a very bad nausea no diarrhoea but seems like constipation.. yesterday night i had uncontrollable nausea so went to local hospital er and he precribed me cefspan jardin d panadol extra n novaset.. had fever 100-102.. today i feel better no nausea no fever n now i have 102 fever only.. these are my reports i have stopped every type of medicine.. i breastfeed my baby too need guidance
