Talk to Liver on Liver Issue In Pregnancy

I am currently 12 weeks pregnant. Alhamdulillah, the baby scan results are fine, and everything appears normal, except for my liver test results. (I've attached the report in the comments.) Given my previous miscarriage at 11 weeks in March, the doctor is administering injections and medications to safeguard this pregnancy.
I'm taking Gra*****nan (weekly), I*F (weekly), CL***NE (alternate days), Lop**n, Cyc****?t, Folic acid, and Duph*****n.
According to the liver report is this harmful for me or the baby? My doctor advises consulting a liver specialist.
