Hello Respected Doctors

I had Done GAMCAA Medical for Saudia Arabia . X ray and all blood tests appears normal but there is a problem in LFT's test. My ALT values was 100 at that day , then I repeat the test after 10 days then again the ALT value was 83 , Today I had checked again and this time the ALT value is 110

These high values are not acceptable and my medical is still pending. I had also done ultrasound and it's reports concludes Fatty liver grade 1

I had avoided spicy foods or tea etc and taking plenty of water , juices etc but still ALT values did not came to normal range

Please suggest what should I do? I want to travel to Saudi Arabia soon but due to high ALT VALUES, my medical is in pending stage
