Thanks for asking. I think it is the start of the fat deposition in the
liver and I will also recommend you for the fasting serum cholesterol
level. More over there is strong suspicion of gall bladder stone which may
require surgical intervention in the future.....

Visited doctor he prescribed mebever 200 mg. Patient is having pain on upper right side. Should we done some other tests?

Sorry for late reply. these ultrasound findings are suggestive of pain due to gall bladder stone. I will advise u for the gall bladder surgery. You can add medicine for stomach as well.
