Talk to Liver on Vasculitis, Pain In Abdomen

Glannzman Thrombasthenia by birth, platelets function is defective.Hepatitis C in 2009/2010, H pylori in 2018, both reated.Vasculitis diagnosed in August 2021. Currently under treatment by Dr. Tabe Rasool. Taking Myfortic, rapicort. Since 2020, I have pain in abdomen, particularly in right upper abdomen/lower ribs. Pain now going to back side behind the liver, part of back and right upper abdomen seems to be tender. Endoscopy, biopsy, colonoscopy, CT scan, ultrasound all done. Mild gastritis, fatty liver and few polyps were found in gall bladder. ESR and CPR are elevated. Pain in right upper abdomen and back seems to increase when I eat fatty/sweet food, heavy medicine, beef. Pain seems to decrease when I take coffee, olive oil and silliver (silymarin).Other issue: Gas, headache, dizziness (reduced recently), stomach trouble.
