Grade 2 Enlarged Fatty Liver

Hello my khala has been complaining itching in thighs and private area since few weeks. Her labs has been done. LFTS came out right but ultrasound shows grade 2 enlarged fatty liver. Whom should see now ? Dermatologist or medicine specialist? Or is grade 2 fatty liver alarming? Thank you
