Talk to Neonatologist on Baby Legs ,feet Shivering

Baby legs & feet are shaking a lot, around 2 to 3 times in a minute. Moreover, they stay warm, and when the baby is lying down, they become damp with sweat. From yesterday until now, there has been continuous trembling of the legs, and the limbs are also shivering. What might be the problem? Kindly suggest a best pediatric neurologist.. baby age 3.5 months
