Asking For Brother, Male 30, rawalakot azad kashmir
In tests(posted here) protein, urea and creatinine increased. Patient is also suffering from high blood pressure from last week.
i have seen your brother's reports and it shows that he is having kidney damage. He needs evaluation to find out whether his high blood pressure is the cause of this kidney damage? (seems less likely except if the BP at the time of report were too high 180 or 200 mmHg)
OR some underlying kidney's own disease is present there causing high blood pressure (most likely)?

1-Because creatinine is increase in your report that's why your brother's kidney will go for failure if he is not take seriously.
2- he needs to take complete treatment in homeopathy if he is not taking seriously then he will fo on dialysis
3- needs to maintain his blood pressure meanwhile he follows the diet plan as i prescribed as bellow

I must say that yes it is something serious and needs evaluation and management at the earliest as right now we don't the nature of the disease but as it is affecting his kidney functions we must consider it as an aggressive one.
Get his ultrasound KUB , 24 hours collection of urine for quantification of protein and creatinine excretion, and complete Urea creatinine and electrolytes to be done.
See a nephrologist there to get a good control on his BP.
He may need a test called as renal biopsy....but right now its too early to talk about it.
