he was having some issues of high uric acid it is 8.1 but it was check by doctor now these are his udr tests and ultrasound said by doctor. please tell me what is issue? or everything is okay?

It seems that your father is not only having a problem of high uric acid but also having kidney stones too.
At many times ultrasound missed the presence of stones.
I advise to get CT Pyelogram of your father and UCE too.
Then follow in opd of any nephrologist with the lab reports.
