Assalam o Alaikum and sir Maine apna kidney ka test two years pehle kerwaya Tha Mera serum creatinine 0.9 and uria 33 Tha but ab Maine dosri lab se test kervaya testea serum creatinine 0.8 uria 32 Aya Report toh normal hai but yeh jo serum creatinine 0.9 se 0.8 Hoi hai two years Mai is se koi masla toh nai hai. Plz guide me
