all you guys continue giving incomplete information in short msgs.
what is your weight and exact age?
it is impossible to comment on serum creatinine without knowing body weight and age of patient
what is your blood pressure?

your kidney function is 73.72 ml per min (normal is 125ml per minute). 73 ml per minute is safe but the kidney needs attention. please get a CT Pyelo done and consult a good experienced urologist in a major city (peshawar, pindi or lahore) wherever you have friends or relatives.
it is always better to see a specialist in a goodcteaching hospital, (government, or private) or a good CMH.
As your kidney function is affected, airways avoid medicines cwhich have a potential to damage kidney (like common pain killers dicloran, proxen, synflex, caflam, ponstan, brufen. these belong to NSAID group, so all NSAIDs should be avoided)

try consulting Dr. Faisal Nawaz via marham for advice on how to go forward.
Nospa 1 thrice daily, with samerol N 2 tablets thrice daily . add tramal 50mg twice daily if very severe pain.
the more NSAIDs you use, the more chances kidney function will be affected

welcome. i hope your problem gets resolved easily and completely. you need a urologist, not a nephrologist, as stone disease is the cause of your trouble. ideally, you should have serum calcium, serum phosphorus and serum alkaline phosphatse blood tests too.
