Talk to Nephrologist on Swelling In Kidney

Asslam u Alaikum ! 2 years ago I have 2 kidney stones I have taken homeopathic medicines and those were removed but after that some times I feel resistance in my ureter and after that it starts hurting whole track back to kidney and it stop after couple of hours ,this situation isn't regular it occurs mostly when I travel like 6,7 hours or go to a a place of different temperature whenever I go for ultrasound it shows a little swelling in kidney ... please suggest me what should I do
