please get the MRI done of the lumbosacral area. possible disc bulges at l4/l5. Rest is necessary

This most likely can be coccydynea...means inflammation of coccyx(tail bone)..use soft cushion while sitting..don’t sit on hard place..use air ring cushion for sitting
