Aoa. I am. Feeling strange pain type feeling on my. Both knee caps. As it's chilly in Islamabad at nights is it because of That? My mother has a serious arthritis issue though. Get an MRI scan of your knee than get in touch. In the meantime work on your quads focussing on VM, do ask the scan man to measure the TT-TG distance
waas, first i have to see your fresh lab reports, yes this might be due to vit d deficiency, but dont rely on supplements only, use dairy products to build your vit d levels.
You most likely have a condition called chondromalacia patella. For diagnosis to confirm your knee caps need to be examined and you you need skyline x-rays of your knee caps. It’s not related to any vitamin deficiency and no labs are needed.
