surgery is according to your needs. if shoulder giving you problem in job or daily life then go for surgery. otherwise leave it
Reconstruction of torn coracoclavicular ligament, acromiclavicular joint reduction and stabilization with clavicle hook plate will give good results.
Depends on grade of dislocation. Not all grades need operation
It needs surgery , choose the doctors who is doing it routinely as it needs ligament reconstruction as well otherwise it will fail
The orthopedic surgeon will need to examine the dislocation and horizontal instability to decide if surgery would be needed. Prolotherapy could be another option to regenerate the ligaments. I would recommend an ortho surgeon in Wah (sorry dont recall the name)....his practice is in a house located on a road parallel to the Mall road...If you take a right turn after crossing Faisal Mall while coming rom Alfalah bank signal, keep going and you will find his practice to the right as you drive along that road.
