this is the initial stage I guess because I’ve been in pain in past few months on this specific bone which is now more prominent day by day.
Post an xray of your foot AP wt bearing and a picture from top and side, than I will advise

Use Hallux Valgus splint to stop the prominence of 1st metatarsal head.
Salam, definite treatment for Hallux valgus (Bunion)is surgery. However you need to be examined to find out if deformity is mild in that case you need orthotics. I am in Rawalpindi Islamabad and you are welcome to visit me in hospital. Thanks

It needs to be checked physically as well as by Xrays and it usually needs surgery for permanent relief. If u r not willing for surgery then u should use open shoes and can also use paddings while wearing close shoes
you need proper evaluation but pain can be reduced by medication and this splint can give temporary relief as your big toe is not much turned outwards
avoid heels and narrow toe box shoes

Needs to be examined in person with relevant x rays done for deformity assessment. Afterwards we might suggest surgical/ non surgical treatment
