sir I have an external fixature in my left leg and have open fracture.I have femur and tibia fracture and In my wound pus is formed .What should I do???

agreed with Dr Sajid.. please visit a good orthopedic surgeon.. he needs to examine you, see the x-rays , order some tests and then decide.
Need thorough examination of involved limb , ( clinicoradiological and blood tests and pus culture)
may need surgery in this case.
