Salam, your mother most likely have arthritis of both knee joints. she needs to get x-ray of both knee joints. She shall take painkillers and if arthritis is in advanced stage then she needs total knee replacement. I am working in Rawalpindi Islamabad and you are welcome to visit me in my hospital. Thanks
