Get his Xrays done and consult Orthopedic Surgeon physically to check his leg condition.

Salam, you can get new x-ray of leg if bone has healed then plate can be removed. There will be not guarantee for pain yo be settled, however many people feel better after removal of implant. I am in Rawalpindi/Islamabad and you are welcome in my clinic. Thanks
