Salam, I hope this is recent x-ray. as per this x-rays your femur bone shaft is not united and less likely that it will unit after 4 months while neck of femur is healing. you shall consult orthopedic surgeon near by. I am in Rawalpindi Islamabad and you are welcome to come over. thanks

so what should i do the Orthopedic surgeon said to me we operate you again and make bone crafting in the femur shaft fracture.

I prefer to get your recent x-ray of hip and femur bone and then decide. I prefer nailing(rod) in your femur bone, and yes you need another operation. thanks
