60 years age mai har ksi ko degenerative changes hoti hain spine mai..agar patient ko spine mai koi masla nahi tu x-rays aur report ko chor dein.ye koi masla nahi...

Hi, spoke degeneration is common in her age and if that is painfree, nothing to be done . she got knee pain that is most likely because of arthritis and have different treatment. Thanks
Degenerative changes are common in this age group. If patient is symptomatic then she needs physical examination and treatment accordingly.
