You may injured your tail bone , so get AP and Lateral view x rays of your Coccyx bone , purchase a molty foam coccyx cushion , use it for sitting as long as pain is there . Consult a nearby Orthopedic surgeon. For time being can start Tab . Rotec 75 mg twice daily for pain relief.
