Pain In Right Arm And Unable To Lift

Question

I have pain in right forearm near elbow and i cant lift any thing even fry pan it causes pain and also burning sensation for 1 or two times in a day.  Kindly guide

it seems lat. epicondylitis but examination is required.
avoid activities in which forearm is rotated like wringing of cloth
