2 years ago I got in an accident my patellar tendonitis tears and my knee came out of the socket after I had just taken some medicine and a good diet but now I can't able to run or play or even when I try to my knee destabilizes and I fall down, please recommend my any good Dr or recovery test so that I will decide further

Better to get an MRI of the knee and see an Orthopedic surgeon. You might need surgery.

Salam, if your patellar tendon was ruptured then orthopedic surgeon must have advised you for operation. However in current situation you shall visit orthopedic surgeon for examination. I am in Rawalpindi and you are welcome to visit me
