Note: This is a follow up Post. In my previous question, I had not addressed all the information.
I was diagnosed with tailbone pain, gait imbalance, and mild lower back discomfort(which was not an issue). After following an extension-biased rehabilitation program—including lumbar mobilization, strengthening, stretching, and gait training—I achieved complete relief from tailbone pain and significant improvement (80-90%) in gait imbalance.
However, I still experience persistent pain at the upper border of my hip, which has not fully resolved despite physiotherapy. Before this, I consulted an orthopedic specialist who prescribed NSAIDs, muscle relaxants, and a coccyx cushion, but these provided no relief.
Recently, after gym exercises (particularly back extensions), I experienced temporary lower back pain, which resolved within two days of targeted exercises. Some specialists attribute my hip pain to lumbar straightening, but I have had this issue even before any lumbar involvement an

first you had coccydynia... the pain of the tailbone which is relieved and due to the gait problem your upper border of the hip joint has been affected ...

1. get your MRI lumbo-sacral spine done in this MRI we can diagnose exactly the on going issue that you are facing...
2. more often there is inflammation of the hip joint due to uneven posture and improper gait involving the muscles and joint causing movements at hip joint ... for which we can go for Interventional procedure to reduce inflammation and instant pain relief ...
