Talk to Pediatric Gastroenterologist on 3 Years Child Difficulty Swallow, Can't Chew And Does Not Eat Himself

My child child is three years old who from age 6 months difficulty swallow food and often vomits. Currently he is 3 still he him self can not properly eat solid food we have to make the food in liquid shape that he could swallow. Kindly tell me a solution what should I do is this require a Thorat x ray or some other tests And which medicine would he usefull.
