Talk to Pediatric Neuro physician on Child Speaking Issue
Asking for Other, Male, 2.5 years old, Lahore
My son who is two and half years old does not speak yet, although physically he is active and can listen but rarely keep eye contact when we try to talk him. I fear it may be autism. Kindly advise.

we cant say just by delayed speech that he may b autisti,he needs proper assessments by speech therapist and phychologist
