Talk to Pediatric Neuro physician on Dyslexia / Reading And Writing Problem

Salam! My niece has reading and writing problem since playgroup and also he can't remember what he read. He feels very difficulty in reading now he is in class 3. When he write he always wite reversal letter like he write word "b" a "d". And similarly in urdu he always mix ح with every word. I tried hard to tell him کی but he always read کی a کے. His class fellow read frequently but he take hour to read a single line and he become frustrated. I searched and find this type of problem called Dyslexia. But iam not sure about this. What should I do how to treat him? Please if anyone can help. I prefer online sessions in this coronavirus situation
