Till complete fit-free period, decrease in dose (tapering)is a good sign, shows that the child is improving,so we taper off the dose of medicine and as a child is fit free we keep tapering off and continue the dec dose,so that symptoms won’t reoccur, upto 50% of patients with seizures might have normal EEGs,for further you can book an appointment via marham.
