Talk to Pediatric Neuro physician on Focal Jitterness

I have a 2 weeks old son,on 9th day he experienced fits,dr diagnosed him with hypocalcemia,physiological jaundice,prophylactic treatment for meningitis was given as well,yesterday he was discharged,calcium levels were improved to 7.5.Today mother noticed jitterness in his left arm below elbow,2 to 3 episodes. kindly give your expert opinion.Should we seek expert help or wait and watch.
