Talk to Pediatric Neuro physician on High Pitched Sound In The Head

My 3-year-old son (14 kg) keeps telling me he hears a high-pitched "tiiiiiii" sound in his head. Each episode lasts about 3–5 seconds and happens several times a day. He remains fully alert, talks normally, and says it doesn't hurt.

I have also noticed brown-yellow earwax deep inside his right ear. In his left ear, I noticed a white tissue-like area on the ear canal wall just before the deep earwax. He has been spending time on a laptop and phone.

When the "tiiiiiii" sound occurs, he points to or touches the side or top of his head. He has no loss of consciousness, confusion, change in behavior, fever, or ear discharge during these episodes.
