Talk to Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon on Broken Or Displaced Bone

My cat fell from height and broke his bone. He also got external injury due to which he lost a lot of blood. Due to blood loss I dont think at this stage he can bear surgery or anesthesia.He is eating fine but he struggles a lot to walk. SpeciallyI don’t want any risk for his life. What should I do please guide.
