Asking for Someone Else, Other, Female, 15 years old, Quetta
My daughter, when she was one and a half years old, experienced an accident involving a falling wall mirror that resulted in a cut on the skin of her nasal apex. Subsequently, she was taken to the hospital for first aid. She received five stitches, and the upper layer of skin was reshaped and reattached. After two days, I noticed that the wound was not healing properly. I then sought the help of a consultant plastic surgeon. The surgeon recommended that she undergo a minor anesthesia surgery. She was admitted to a private hospital where the damaged skin was excised, and the remaining tissue was stitched together.
Eventually, the wound healed. Now, at the age of 15, the scars are quite prominent, causing cosmetic concerns and leading to teasing from her friends and classmates. This has resulted in her developing feelings of inferiority and a lack of confidence.
I would like to request guidance and advice from the consultant cosmetic surgeon regarding this matter.
Thank you.

Thank you. The image you have posted is not clear. Please focus the area and take 2 views; from front and side. She would require face to face consultation.
Appears depressed scar. Needs physical check up to plan treatment
The scar needs to be seen in 3D (front, side and inner attachments). Kindly visit a local plastic surgeon for proper evaluation and treatment plan.
Hello, From the picture (vague) and description, the idea is patient has atrophic scars with some pincushioning effect, simply means nasal tip a irregularity along with some pigmentation. Fat grafting along with subcision is very likely to solve the contour problem. With fat grafting there is no additional scar but the existing scar will get improved, it should be done in session session or may be more than one (3 months apart) to the point that its hardly perceptible. Once contour problem is fixed several treatments can be done to improve pigmentation of scar
The picture is not clear, you need to visit any plastic surgeon near you.
