Salam,I would like to have nose job because I have deviated nose / crooked due to a accident in childhood but I am afraid because my cousin had rhinoplasty couple a months ago she have now perfect nose but after every 2 month she needs to operated again as her stitches opens and she needs to get stitched again isn't this a one time operation ?

Yes it’s supposed to be a single operation but no surgery is without risks. In rhinoplasty there are only a few stitches near the outside of your nostrils. So stitches giving way shouldn’t be much of a problem. I am not sure why the stitches have to be redone every two months. What I see from your frontal picture, you will probably require open rhinoplasty to correct your septal and bony defects. Needs proper examination.

Of course it is a one time surgery. Opening of stitches every two months doesnt make any sense pther than she is suffering from any other medical condition as well

Walekum salam. Yes your nose is significantly deviated to the left. its called c shaped deformity. Treatment is nose job i.e rhinoplasty. every surgery has its complications and i dont know what kind of surgery was done on your cousin so i cant comment much on that. Alhamdulillah i havent experienced any such complications.
