Talk to Plastic Surgeon on Diathermy Burn Wound On Leg
Asking For Self, Male 38, Khairpur
During an operation I was 45 days back I was accidentally hit with Diathermy burn on leg. 1st picture showed initial Wound and than in mid wound was filled with debris. Debris was removed by Doctor 12 days back. Doctor removed and healing started. 2nd Picture shows current pic. Antibiotics oral and cream is being used.

clean properly and apply local antibiotics, this should heal on its own. if the dressing comes out yellow/green or any shade of it, then you need to book consultation.
maintain wound hygiene and dress with mgso4 daily. See progress in a week. if any issues then book a consultation appointment
Healings went well until now, this wound need now need operative intervention, Debridement and then closure with sutures. And some antibiotics post procedure with wound care

You sound now appears clean. You can either continue dressings and let it heal by itself over the next couple of weeks, or get it closed surgically for faster recovery. Your choice
Either continue dressings but it will take time for healing or it can be closed with sutures..visit clinic for further assessment
