Hello Doctor, I would like your expert opinion about an ear condition that appears to be a structural deformity (possible microtia or outer ear abnormality). yes this is microtia and this needs surgical correction. your child must be 6 years old or much older. This is a staged procedure. 1st stage reconstruction of the structure, 2nd elevation.
