Hello, first of all, in the picture as I can see , wound doesn’t look healthy and as you said pus coming , that means it needs proper cleaning that’s debridement of the wound , and have to send pus culture also to see the bacteria. Once wound is clean , coverage of wound can be planned according to condition at that time.
