I have a post traumatic scar.I'm uploading a pic in comments section.I want to go for scar revision but some doc say that stitches marks will prevail fat grafting doesn't give better other suggestions?

after examintion can give u option,but gd optio is scar revision wth very fine thread,scar wil fade gradualy
AOA. There are multiple options for scars, like revision, fat Grafting and PRP. Which is best for you would depend on the scar. I could not find any picture uploaded. Kindly visit a local plastic surgeon and discuss with him/her concerning what would be best for you.

There are multiple options for scar managment and it generally depends upon the type of scar. Get yourself an appointment with plastic surgeon in your city, he will be able to guide you properly.

well yes both options are valid. infact nanofat grafting including PRP will give much better results but cannot gaurantee natural skin recovery
