Breast asymmetry is actually very common, and it is normal for one breast to be slightly larger than the other. However, from what you describe, your right breast appears to have developed much less than the left, which may represent breast hypoplasia (underdevelopment) rather than simple asymmetry.
If you have already been examined and no underlying hormonal or breast abnormality was found, there is unfortunately no scientifically proven non-surgical method (including exercises, creams, massage, or supplements) that can permanently increase the size of one breast.
The next step would be a consultation with a plastic surgeon, who can assess the degree of asymmetry and discuss the available options. Depending on your anatomy and preferences, treatment may involve:
1. Augmentation of the smaller breast with an implant (a small incision mark will be there in the inframammary crease)
2. Fat Grafting (No incision mark and size increment is permanent but it’s a gradual process, you might need more than one session and it also depends on amount of fat that you have at donor sites-abdomen/thighs etc)
3. Breast Fillers (these are HA fillers, good for small breast size increments but this is temporary solution)

If your breast size has been stable for several years and you are otherwise healthy, surgery can be considered and is likely to improve yout breast symmetry and your self confidence.

There is no non surgical way to correct the deficiency. You can camouflage by putting external prosthesis under the bra. The surgical solution is breast enhancement by fat transfer to make it symmetrical with normal breast
