am I can take sunny d pro (vitaid3 plus K2 ) BCS of my level 13 . and in season asthma allergy I am taking foster inhaler100/6 2 puff 2 times . or ventolin inhaler in emergency as needed . is any interaction. and also taking venlafaxine 150 XR continuously from 4 years . any suggestion for my allergy season of may month to maintain my health problems like asthma anxiety panic attacks. BCS these all medications gives me v tough time specially my muscles stomach problem more irritating now. I am also using mucain syrup 2 times and ganaton 50 mg once in morning from 7 days . is solocartif inj is good for me in emergency wd these medications if I needed or feeling too much breathless after taking these all medications
Please repeat your vitamin D 3 levels before taking any additional dose of Sunny D
increase the dose of Foster from 100/6 to 200/6 twice a day, and can take additional puffs when needed. Avoid using Ventolin Inhaler. please use a spacer and watch a video on YouTube to learn the correct method. Always do gargles after using inhaler.
Please avoid taking spicy, oily, and fried items. Walk for 30 min daily, it helps in both anxiety and heartburn.
Steroids (Solucortef or Deltacortril tablets) should be used in cases when repeated puffs of Foster are not receiving your asthma attack.

bundle of thanks ?. I am taking nexthaler foster in powder form I think it's best and same as inhaler.bcs inhaler need spacer and more cleaning maintenance.i also follow these rule u mentioned

Yes, you may continue Nexthaler but increase the dose. of Foster to 200/6
