Salaam, I am deficient in Vitamin D levels. My vitamin D level is at 15. I am noticing some breathing problems, and I have never had this issue before, could this be because of level 15 vitamin D? The Doctor prescribed me Vitmain D3 once a week (50,000IU), is it safe to take? Or will it give me side effects?
