Breathing Problems

Question

I m suffering with Breathing issue since 2018.i feel suffocated while breathing and i start breathing from chest and with open  it takes many tries to get breath.
Its suddenly happened in twice in a  v pain ful.i cant sleep but if i sleep than there is no  often pain waves hit my  left shoulder and neck too
Please suggest what would i  how can get rid of it
