Talk to Pulmonologist / Lung on Breath/tiredness

Dear sir, i suffered into Typhoid back in 2019 and prescribed Moxifloxacin 400mg once a day for 7 days. Since that i feel tired specially when i run or using stairs, i feel my breath are getting heavy and sometimes i feel very little pinches on my left side of chest. Can you please suggest me what shall i do and whom i shall consult please?

I dont feel any pain in chest, no sweat, no anxiety, no pain in shoulder muscles or left arm.

I will be grateful if you guide me for the right consultant pls. Jazakallah!
