Talk to Pulmonologist / Lung on Bronchospasm

Salam My father age is currently 46 and he takes concor, extor, lipiget, ascard. In winter season oct to january he starts having breathing issues like wheezing when AQI is bad in Karachi. What should we do, do we go for the flu and pneumonia vaccine to prevent this every year and sometimes he also get chest infection. Its happening from previous 2 3 years. Should we go for vaccines before the AQI or Air quality becomes bad or before winters to prevent these symptoms ?
