my father 70 yearshas slightly low EGFR 51 and creatine 1.3 with albumin to creatinine ratio about 130 used medicine suggested by nephrologist can he take Panadol or seosenal antibiotic like azomax for seosenal chest and flue infection if no plz suggest medicine which harm less to kidney

He should not take Azomax by himself. Seasonal infections are usually due to viruses for which antibiotics like Azomax are not effective. He can take panadol for fever and pain
