My son is having flu and cough from last 10 days and on off fever from last 3 days, now he is having a little hole ( gadha) between his ribs while breathing. Is this normal? He is breathing 26 times in a minute... I counted his rate while he wassleeping

the little hole represents respiratory distress and he could have pneumonia or respiratory distress. he needs to be examines. meanwhile you could give him nebulization with 5cc Ventolin ever six hourly and give him syp. caricef 2 cc once a day. thanks
