Chronic Asthma

breathless, too much production of phlegm, 24 hours bad coughing. taking treatment from various top pulmonologist since 2017 but breathless with severe coughing . still taking too much medicines but of no use. He feels ? goes to sleep for a few even during taking tea, eating. kindly give suggestions for a better situation

he needs admission in some hospital where  ABG can be done besides other tests like ECG, chest X ray CBC ESR, spirometry.was he a smoker before,is he overweight.

It needs details history and examination.has he been treated for tuberculosis?If sputum production is 1 cup or more then it suggests patient has developed Bronchiectasis
