Assalam o alaikum I am 35 , male , i have cough since last 2 months which comes n goes no fever no breathing issue but now I start wheezing from today alsonhaving some pain at the centre of my chest but may be that’s because of coughing i smoke almost 10 Cigarettes a day since 10 years Should i be worry I consulted gp he gave me antibiotics and said its a viral infection

Must do cbc from any lab and send complete history. Sup Hydryline 2 tsp in a cup of hot water three time a day for four days.
first of all stop smoking. visit a pulmonoligest to investigate and evaluate the damage caused by smoking

It could be bronchitis related to your smoking. It's better to quit smoking right now rather than quitting after maximum damage.
Cough for 2months that is episodic with wheezing now,,it can be asthma,so you need to visit pulmonologist who can examine you and do your spirometry for diagnosis of asthma.. you need to stop your smoking and your doctor can also help you in this regard.tc
