Is she taking any treatment for tuberculosis or has completed treatment.is she also taking any treatment for interstitial lung disease.you should do the gene expert test from some good laboratory to confirm whether she still have TB.Also sputum c/s test is required to find out whether she had any other infection.It is better to take her to emergency department of some hospital where all the tests and treatment can be done.

Yes had completed TB treatment last year. Treatment undergone almost 1 year for TB. After that immunosuppressant along with corticosteroids were given four months but still shortness of breath
