My son he is 4 years 6 months too much cough dr prescribed zetro n rigix can I give him ventolin dr prescribed also nabulize but woh nhe krwa raha neb can I give him ventolin
Syp Ventolin 1/2 spoon 3 times a day if he is having chest congestion with whistle sound
usually it depends upon duration of symptoms.In children long duration illness is asthma and ventolin is one of drug,but there is need of proper evaluation and treatment accordingly.Zetro and rigix have no role in treating asthma.
If doctor has prescribed nebulizations, probably your child is having wheezy chest / bronchospasm ... u can give him Syrup britanyl .. 1 tablespoon twice daily ...
yes you can give ventolin
Syp ventoline or nabulization should only be given in a perticular condition.The cause of cough should be determined first and than only , the treatment given.
Ventoline and nabulization are not meant to cough stop cough.
